1. Shipping Policy

We ship within United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and select U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

Orders not shipped to a billing address are subject to further verification and approval. We review, verify and approve every order. Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may cause a delay. We are not able to make any changes to the shipping address once the order is placed.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of payment. We use UPS and USPS shipping methods. All shipments are fully insured and require signature upon delivery. We use our discretion as to which shipping method is used based on order value, unless a specific expedited shipping method is selected at checkout.

The following types of shipping are available within US:

Standard UPS Ground/USPS Priority $12.95

UPS 2nd Day Air $75

Refused or unclaimed packages will be charged a 15% restock fee plus all shipping costs. UPS/USPS charges for both the delivery attempt and the return. Refused or unclaimed packages that are re-shipped will be charged additional shipping costs, but no restock fee. Failure to sign and/or claim the package with the carrier will result in the package being refused and returned to us.

2. In-Store Pickup Policy

Orders purchased for pick up can be picked up at our Manalapan, NJ store during our business hours after you receive a “pick up ready” notification email. Valid ID and order confirmation email is required for all pick ups. Generally, orders are ready for pick up the next business day, so long as our store is open on that day. 3. Order Processing Policy

Luxury Labels makes every effort to maintain live product listings. In the rare event that we are unable to successfully fulfill your order due to a mismatch in live inventory, Luxury Labels will cancel the order and make a full refund.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices and description. However, mistakes and errors may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections. In the event you have purchased an item based on inaccurate listing information, Luxury Labels reserves the right to cancel your order with no further liability on its part.

4. Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please feel free to email or call us with any questions about our products before making your purchase.

If any item purchased from Luxury Labels is deemed not authentic by a well-recognized authentication company, we will take it back for a full refund, including all shipping costs. A written report from a reputable authentication company with their findings and relevant photos is required.
